Privacy Policy — Trick Times

This Privacy Policy describes how the Trick Times mobile app (the “app”, “we”) handles information when you use it on your mobile device.

Summary

Trick Times does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. The app has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party tracking SDKs.

Data stored on your device

The app stores the following data locally on your device only, using your operating system’s preferences storage (SharedPreferences on Android, NSUserDefaults on iOS):

• High scores for each game (Block Puzzle, Fruit Merge)
• Your current level / progress in puzzle modes (One Line, Block Slide)
• Your in-app settings: sound on/off, vibration on/off, theme (light/dark)

This data never leaves your device. It is removed when you uninstall the app or clear app data through your device’s settings.

Network activity

The Fruit Merge mini-game fetches small fruit graphics (Twemoji PNG icons, approximately 5 KB each) from the public CDN cdn.jsdelivr.net so that fruits can be displayed visually. These requests:

• Are anonymous HTTP GET requests for static image files
• Do not include any user identifier, device identifier, location, or other personal data
• Are cached locally after the first load

No other network activity is performed by the app. All sound effects, music, voice praise clips, and game logic are bundled inside the app and never require an internet connection.

Permissions

On Android, the app requests:

• INTERNET — used only to fetch the Twemoji fruit images described above.
• VIBRATE — used to provide haptic feedback when placing pieces, merging fruits, completing levels, etc. You can disable this anytime from the in-app Settings panel.

The app does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, storage, phone state, accounts, or any other sensitive permission.

Third-party services

• Twemoji — open-source emoji graphics originally created by Twitter, Inc. (now X Corp.), licensed under Creative Commons CC-BY 4.0, served from cdn.jsdelivr.net for the Fruit Merge mini-game’s fruit visuals.
• No analytics, advertising, crash reporting, attribution, or social-media SDKs are integrated.

Children’s privacy

Trick Times is rated for Everyone and is designed to be friendly for children. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from any user, including children under 13. As described above, the app is not designed to receive or transmit any personal information at all.

Changes to this policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we will update the date at the top of this page and publish the new version at the same URL. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
